The national festival will showcase the best of Kenyan performing arts, and works of art and films from all age groups and proficiency levels. The festival will be a vibrant celebration of music, culture, art, stories, food and entertainment, held over four days in Nairobi.
Jury selection of the best submissions will take place over three days, as the national panel of judges deliberate and decide on the best submissions for presentation at the Jubilee Arts Festival.
During this time, the National Gallery, the National Film Festival, and the National Talent Showcase highlight submissions from all Centres - this is the Ismaili.Kenya Arts Festival, which will be open to the Jamat and the Kenyan public. Outreach activities will form part of the celebrations.
